Whole Wheat Pastry
                             

 

This product has been milled to produce a whole wheat pastry flour made from 100% soft white winter wheat, and to be used in the production of whole wheat pastry and cookie products.

This product is of food grade and in compliance with the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act of 1938, as amended, and all applicable regulations thereunder.

This milled product is produced under sanitary conditions in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

The select quality of this product is to provide consistent performance characteristics.
